Our Approach

Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, we need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems.  Everyone has hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.

We strive to provide a warm environment where personal growth is optimized.  we enjoy helping people live the life they have imagined.  Our approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, which allows each client the opportunity to actively engage in therapy the way best suited for their personality.  Our orientation is largely cognitive behavioral with an emphasis on humanistic and solution focused interventions.  We also utilize trauma informed and multi-culturally focused approaches and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  We also use play therapy when working with children and teens.
